In a nutshell, entrepreneurs are definitely
unique compared to managers in many ways possible. An entrepreneur establishes,
leads, runs and expands a business individually to satisfy his dreams and self
achievements to generate profit and at the same time encourages charitable
chores and services to the community and the country. A manager meanwhile, runs
a business solely for profit making needs to cushion himself and his family
needs. From our assignment, we have learned to identify and describe the different
types of entrepreneurial traits that are highly needed and applied to operate
the business by the entrepreneurs. Through this assignment as well, we had the
chance to pond upon the biography of famous local and international
entrepreneurs and match the entrepreneurial traits that are highly suited for
them. Taking Jimmy Choo as an example of our successful entrepreneur, we
gathered much useful information about his background and his self achivements
in terms of his family business and his involvement in the fashion world and
design. He definitely portrays a list of entrepreneurial traits that are
obvious to his identity and personality as well as his achievements.
An entrepreneur is not born but made, these
are one of the truths about entrepreneurs that have been derived from factual
and visionary evidence. Basically, an individual needs to learn and sharpen his
or her entrepreneurial skills in order to become a successful entrepreneur.
Besides, an individual also must have good personal qualities that are demanded
to become a successful entrepreneur. The examples of traits are full of
